In the food processing industry, soybeans are the core raw material for plant protein and edible oil, and their quality control runs through the entire industry chain of planting, procurement, warehousing, and processing. Statistics show that the annual loss of grain and oil raw materials caused by fungal pollution worldwide is as high as 12%, with ergot fungus pollution accounting for over 35%. Traditional manual sorting has pain points such as low efficiency (less than 200kg per hour) and high misjudgment rate (about 15% -20%). Recently, SDV's full-color AI intelligent color sorter was successfully applied in a branch of China Grain Reserves Corporation, achieving a single machine processing capacity of 50 tons per hour while improving the accuracy of impurity identification to 99.7%.
